The Talk Test – Is Your Intensity High Enough?
This is the simplest to test to determine if you are working out at a high enough intensity and challenging yourself. Funny thing is I came up with this purely by accident and off the cuff when talking with a patient one day. The Talk Test is straightforward and easy to implement alone or with a workout partner.
