Mom, do you have all of the energy you desire?  Before you allow your head to drop and smirk under your breath, just know that you are not alone.  In fact, most mom’s don’t have enough energy.  If feeling a lack of energy does not come up when talking to your girl friends, you can see it on their faces.  Worse yet, you know those ladies can see the low energy on your face as well.  The seemingly compounding cycle of low energy is making you feel like there is not a different way.

The Mistake that Sabotages Every Mom’s Energy

There is a different way.  You don’t have to live in the low energy zone.  The difference between low energy and feeling vibrant, like you remember before being a mom, is not that significant.  The little known reality is that a common mistake that continues to sabotage every mom’s energy is what they are eating.  More specifically, I can narrow it down to one thing, grains.  Think about it mom,grains are easy.

When the kids are at school or you need a quick meal in the middle of the day, isn’t it easy to make a sandwich?  Bread is grain.  What about when you are trying to get the kids to their activities and get back home to prepare a meal.  Pasta is one of the quickest options, but it is also another grain.

You are eating more grains than you realize.  These are extremely prevalent in the diet.  Like so many that consume grains, what they don’t realize are all the toxins that are found in these foods.  These toxins rob your body of energy and the ability to make it.  If you continue to consume grains, you are going to continue to drag yourself out of bed in the morning and see your energy dip in the afternoon, just in time for the kids to get home.  Urh!  I have yet to meet a mom that enjoyed feeling this way.  I know that you don’t either.

The first and permanent step to having more energy mom, is taking grains out of your diet.  “How am I going to take grain out of my diet, it is in everything?”  Was it a lucky guess that I could tell you the first question you would have?  No.  I know the question because just like you, almost every mom who wanted more energy, has asked the exact same question.  As each one of these mom’s found out, removing grains is not as hard as they originally thought.  I want to help you take the first step back towards enjoying your days again.  I don’t want you wondering if day is going to be a low energy or no energy day.
