The energy drain of toxic grain has taken the number one position as the cause of low energy.  Low energy affects us all from time to time.  But if you dealing with persistent low energy, and you still eat grains, you are suffering from the energy drain of toxic grain.  The same foods that have sustained civilizations for generations are now ravaging the health of the population in one generation.  There has been much change related to grain and it is affecting you.

Fatigue is low energy.  When I was completing my doctorate degree, I often referenced a book called the Merck Manual.  It gave details of most known diseases.  Almost comically, fatigue was a symptom of nearly every disease.  Fatigue is an early indicator of disease.  Isn’t that scary?  Please allow me to take you one step further.  The toxins in grains are linked to the most common diseases.  Diabetes, cancer, heart disease, brain degeneration and many more are tied to the toxins in grains.

How Toxic Grain Drains Your Energy

There is not shortage of ways that toxic grain drains your energy.  Let me list a few that are certain to get your attention.

  1. Inflames the gut lining causing damage that makes it hard to absorb energy creating nutrients.
  2. Kills the nutrient producing bacteria in the gut.
  3. Damages the thyroid and reduces thyroid hormone production
  4. Binds up critical minerals that keep the metabolism working efficiently
  5. Reduces levels of energy boosting hormones like testosterone
  6. Inhibits the efficient use of glucose to maximize energy
  7. Induces B12 deficiency, the Energy Nutrient

There are numerous other ways, but let’s just focus on the most significant ways for now.

Brain fog, inability to concentrate and lack of motivation are all linked to toxic grain.  Toxic grain creates toxic brain.  Toxic brain is often confused with fatigue.  If your brain cells cannot make energy, you are always going to have low energy.  Even though you can take action to help revive the brain, it is extremely susceptible to the effects of toxic grains.  And don’t think that fatigue will immediately go away with avoiding grains.  If you have been consuming toxic grains, there can be lasting effects.  This is why it is that much more important to stop consuming grains right now.
